If you feel that you need to be seen urgently, our receptionists will arrange an appointment for the same day with doctor or nurse, as appropriate. If your problem is non-urgent, however, you can help us by accepting a later appointment or with an alternative doctor. Please be punctual and if for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, let us know so that we can offer it to someone else.

Extended Opening Hours
The following details are the service arrangements for our early morning and late evening appointments and may be subject to change during times of absence of the participating doctors. You may not therefore be able to see your usual doctor during these times.

If you are unable to attend your booked appointment for any reason, it is important that you contact the surgery to cancel before 6.30pm, as these appointments are limited and can therefore be offered at short notice to other patients who might otherwise have to wait for an available appointment.
Please note: The surgery reception will not be open during extended hours for collection of prescriptions, general enquiries or telephone bookings etc. We are also unable to provide nursing services during these times ie. blood testing, dressings etc.

Daily 8:45am – 11:15am. Monday evening 16:00pm – 18:10pm appointments with GP. An appointment is necessary with Doctor or nurse. Please ring Wheaton Aston Surgery to make an appointment on 01785 841055.
Surgery Times (Coven)
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. 10:00am – 12:00pm. An appointment is necessary with the Doctor. Please ring Brewood to make an appointment on 08444 770924.
Repeat prescriptions may not be obtained at Coven Surgery. Please ring Brewood Surgery on 08444 770924 between 12pm and 4pm.

Wheaton Aston surgery is open daily from 8:30am to 12:30pm, on a Monday the surgery is open 8:30am – 18:00pm. For urgent requests when Wheaton Aston is closed, please phone Brewood.
Your prescription can be dispensed at Wheaton Aston within 48hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
