Telephone Triage

We have recently trained some of our staff with an intensive telephone triage programme.

We have been training them to be able to direct patients appropriately to the right type of clinician or the right type of service.

This allows us to ensure that we have capacity to see patients when they need to be seen – so in effect, patients will get appointments in the right place, at the right time with the right person.

The new telephone triage will commence as from:

Monday 25th March 2019
