We have an active patient participation group at our practice.
The patient participation group (PPG) is made up of patients registered at the surgery who work alongside the practice to provide a link between the surgery itself and its community of patients.
The group meets regularly with representatives from the practice to discuss relevant matters, provide feedback from service users, share ideas for improvement surrounding all aspects of local healthcare and to support the practice.
Membership of the PPG group is voluntary and is an opportunity to facilitate positive change.
