When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with and further information to help us to help you.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable outcome. This could be to offer advice, signpost you to another service, or request further details.

If an appointment is needed we will offer an appointment with the most appropriate healthcare professional. The information provided will help us decide on the urgency of the appointment needed.

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.

  • use your Patient Access account (on the Patient Access website)
  • reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message
