Brewood Surgery is trialling a new appointment reminder service via text message from January 2022.
The new system will send a reminder one working day before an appointment. The messages will also have the facility to cancel an unwanted appointment via a link.
This removes the appointment directly from the booking system allowing the space to be offered to someone else.
Text messages will not be sent for any appointments that are conducted via telephone or video link.
If you have not registered your mobile number with the practice or have had a new number, please let us know so we can make sure our records are up to date.
Please remember, if you are unable to attend your appointment or it’s no longer needed, please cancel it.
